The Poco X6 series is set to arrive in India shortly. It is anticipated to replace the Poco X5 lineup, which made its global debut in February of this year.

In March, the Poco X5 model was introduced in India with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, while the Poco X5 Pro made its debut in the country the same month, sporting a Snapdragon 778G chipset.

Like its predecessors, the upcoming Poco X6 series will probably come in two models: a base model and a Pro model. The Poco X6 series has now been teased for launch in India, indicating a near future.

Himanshu Tandon, the head of Poco India, shared an image on X, a social media platform that was formerly known as Twitter. The caption of the post expressed the season's greetings and the hope for something new.

It says, "Happy Christmas to all of you," with three Christmas trees decorated emoji. It then says, "Santa is coming with the gift soon," with two emojis: a gift and a pair of sunglasses.

The post's attachment features an X-shaped-headed reindeer pulling a sleigh pulled by Santa wearing sunglasses. This could mean the next Poco X-series model will soon be released in India.

This is anticipated to be a Poco X6 series model, which will probably replace the X5 lineup. The Poco X6 Pro model has also been spotted on several certification sites. Based on this year's release schedule, this model may make its country debut first, with the base model following a few weeks later.

Recently, the Poco X6 Pro, model number 23122PCD1I, was spotted on the IMEI and BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) websites.

The phone may come with support for GSM, WCDMA LTE, and NR networks out of the box, according to an NBTC listing for the same model, indicating 5G connectivity. Presumably, it is the rebranded Redmi K70E, which made its debut in China in November of this year.

The Redmi Note 13 could be rebranded as the base Poco X6.

In India, the Poco X5 is currently available for Rs. 18,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model and Rs. 20,999 for the 8GB + 256GB option. In contrast, the Poco X5 Pro is currently available for purchase in two variants: 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB, for Rs. 16,999 and Rs. 22,999, respectively.
